- Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the built-in “Backup” feature. ANC Candles LLC is not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser cache, device failure, or user error.
5. Intellectual Property The code, design, and logic of the Software are the intellectual property of ANC Candles LLC. Unauthorized distribution of this Software is a violation of copyright law.
6. Limitation of Liability The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our calculations (Gravimetric and Volumetric), ANC Candles LLC is not liable for any production losses, wasted ingredients, or business interruptions resulting from the use of this Software.
