Q: How do I install the Formulator’s Suite? A: Good news—you don’t need to “install” anything! Our software runs directly in your web browser.
Download the ZIP file from your confirmation email.
Unzip/Extract the folder to your desktop.
Double-click the file named Launcher.html to open your dashboard.
Q: Does this work on Mac and PC? A: Yes! Because it runs in your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge), it works on any computer. It also works on iPads and Android tablets.
Q: Is my business data private? A: 100%. Unlike cloud software, our tools store your recipes and customer lists locally on your device. We never see your data, and it is never uploaded to a server. You own it completely.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Due to the digital nature of the software, sales are generally final. However, if you are having technical issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us for a “Good Faith” review of your order.
