Refund Policy for Digital Products

1. Digital Goods Policy Because our products are digital software downloads and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable. Once the files have been downloaded, we cannot revoke access.

2. Exceptions (The “Good Faith” Guarantee) We want you to be successful. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If the Software does not function on your device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.

3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and a description of the issue.

4. Chargebacks By purchasing, you agree that you will contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in the immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from our store.
